3t + 9 = 27

Subtract 9 from each side.

3t = 18

Divide both sides by 3.

t = 6
2015-12-12 4:46 pm
3t + 9 = 27

3t = 27 - 9

3t = 18

t = 6
2015-12-09 6:56 pm
3t + 9 = 27

3t = 27 - 9

3t = 18

t = 6
2015-12-09 6:29 pm
3t + 9 = 27
3t = 18
t = 6.
2015-12-09 6:09 pm
t=6
How?
1) Move 9 to the other side
3t = 27 - 9
2) Subtract
3t = 18
3) devide 18 by 3
18/3 = t
ANSWER
6 = t
2015-12-09 6:06 pm
3t+9 = 27
3t=27-9
3t=18
t=18/3 (18 divide by 3)
t = 6

Given , 3t +9 = 27
3t = 27-9
so t = 18/6 = 6
Ans : t = 6
2015-12-22 12:39 pm
3t + 9 = 27
3t + 9 - 9 = 27 - 9
3t = 18
3t/ 3 = 18/3
t = 6
2015-12-22 3:56 am
3t + 9 = 27
t + 3 = 9
t = 6

3t+9=27
In linear Equations, all letters should be on the left and all numbers should be on the right.
When a letter or number jumps the equals to sign, the number or letter sign will change.
3t+9=27
3t=27-9
3t=18
3t/3=18/3
t=6
2015-12-18 3:51 pm
t = 6

Since 3t is your only variable, use the inverse operation on the constant on the same side of the equal sign so 9. The inverse would be negative 9 aka -9 subtract that from 27 and you get 3t = 18 divide 3 from both sides since it is the coefficient of the variable and you get t = 6.

It is easier (in my experiences) to work PEMDAS backwards in order to do this.

3t+9=27
Subtract nine from both sides
3t=18
Divide both sides by 3
(3t)/3=18/3
t=6

I hope that helped.
2015-12-16 8:36 am
t = 6
2015-12-16 2:01 am
3t + 9 = 27

3t = 27 - 9

3t = 18

t = 6
2015-12-15 5:01 pm
if 3t+9 =27 then 3t = 27-9 = 18 , so t = 18/3 =6
2015-12-15 4:51 pm
3t +9 = 27
3t = 27-9
t = 18/6
So,t= 6
2015-12-15 3:27 pm
t=6
2015-12-15 1:51 pm
3t + 9 = 27

3t = 27 - 9

3t = 18

t = 6
2015-12-15 1:09 pm
3t + 9 = 27
Add -9 to both sides
3t -9 +9 = 27 - 9
3t = 18
Divide by 3 on both sides

t = 9
2015-12-15 12:51 pm
6
2015-12-14 5:28 pm
subtract 9 from both sides, to give 3t = 18, then divide both sides by 3, t=6
2015-12-14 2:46 pm
3t+9=27
or,3t=27-9
or,3t=18
or,t=18/3
t=6 Ans

Given,
3t + 9 = 27
=> 3t = 27 - 9
=> t = 18 / 3
=> t = 6
2015-12-14 4:05 am
t = 6

Simply go:
27 - 9 = 18
18 / 3 = t
18 / 3 = 6
t = 6
2015-12-13 8:10 am
3t=18 , t=18/3 so t is equal 6.
2015-12-13 5:07 am
t=6
2015-12-11 4:58 am
t = 6
2015-12-10 11:54 pm

2015-12-10 10:50 am
t=6
2015-12-10 4:49 am

the problem is 3t+9=27.

you have to get t alone, so you would subtract 9 on both sides of the equation first. you would subtract 9 so you could get rid of the 9 on the left side of the equation since you want t alone (and what you do on one side you have to do on the other). the equation would then be:

3t=18

next you want to divide each side by 2 to get the t alone which is our main goal. so your new equation would be:

t=6

so your answer is t=6. i did step by step instructions because i am guessing you are new to algebra since this is a simple algebraic problem. by the end of your school year, you will be able to do this in your sleep.

If you cannot do this drop algebra immediately.
2015-12-09 6:04 pm
3t+9=27

⇒3t=27-9

⇒3t=18

⇒t=18/3

⇒t=6
