How much extra weight would clothes and food add? (Will choose best answer)?
If I got weighed in a school uniform (shirt , tie, skirt and tights) and had eaten breakfast (1 banana, 2 weetabix , 100ml milk and 200ml orange juice, and also hadn't had a bowel movement since the day before (and had a meal at dinner and something else later on before bed that night) how much extra weight would this all add to my actual weight? For example if I weighed 100lbs, what would likely show up? Like would it add an extra 2lbs? 3lbs? Please answer, thanks

A full outfit of clothing could weigh 5 or 6 pounds. Your hydration and digestion levels could contribute another 3-5 pounds, depending on a variety of things. In a "perfect storm" scenario, the difference between your weight first thing in the morning before eating, after completely emptying out in the bathroom, naked, and your weight fully clothes in the middle of the day, could be nearly 10 pounds. I would think 6 is a reasonable number.
I don't think it would add that much.
About 5 pounds total.
Don't take it to heart, you don't REALLY weigh that much.
About 2-4 pounds after eating a meal and with clothes on, personally I find it takes more than one day of no bowel movement to add weight but it can be a factor, it still shouldn't be more than 2-4 pounds though, the weight of the food and fluid would add a bit and you have to allow a bit for clothing too.
