Dreaming the dead are still alive?

I had a dream last nigjt about my great grandma i took care of her at her condo for a year b4 she passed i had a dream last night she was at her condo, empty as it sits today, and i was coming back and caring for her bc she was still here and no one knew it?? Like she was alive in my dream i wanna say.. Im pregnant now idk what this means maybe shes saying shes here and will see my birth?? Curious on opinions
