Nothing, if you wash your hands immediately/thoroughly which you're suppose to do anyway after application.

Think about it, you are putting ( Bob Martin which is useless) onto your dog/cats skin which goes into their blood system and you are concerned about touching it..... doesn't make any sense, if it was of any use for the issue why would you inflict it on your pets, they are no different to you

Nothing really serious happens. But make sure to wash your hands immediately after touching dog flea drops. Other than that, you should be fine.
