My mum thinks I eat unhealthily?

So when i was younger, I used to hate eating vegetables. But now that I'm 13, I'm beginning to eat more healthily, like vegetables and fruit. Since I was young, my mum told me things like i was fat. She tells me to eat more vegetables, she even told me that I would break the sofa if I sat on it. I know I'm not fat, many people tell me that I'm quite thin actually. But my mum is very skinny, she's literally skin and bones. Whenever she cooks food for us. There are always vegetables, and I will take them myself. Spoonfuls of them, and I end up eating very little meat. That happens every time she cooks. Today she bought home bread, there was this bread filled with cream and she told me to eat that one. She wouldn't allow me to eat the other kinds she bought. After taking a bite of the bread, the cream was very sweet. I asked her 'isn't cream unhealthy?' She replied 'Yes but so what? You already eat more meat than vegetables, and you eat so much junk food at home, so you are already eating unhealthily.' I felt like crying after she said that and yeah so I am now. This isn't the first time she said that. I just don't understand why she can't see that I'm trying. I always eat vegetables in front of her. I don't even eat junkfood. I've even thought of starving myself, I've tried it. Skipping breakfast, lunch. I can't skip dinner because my mum will be around. And the only things I consume are two servings of fruit, salad and a lot of water per day. What should i do? Thanks.

Just keep denying her offer of fattening food...say "No thanks, I'm full on vegetables and fruit. I don't need any bread."
If she keeps forcing you to eat unhealthy speak to your doctor about her and her behavior.
They will intervene.

I recommend you do not starve yourself. It does more harm than good.

However, tell your mom straight out that you are eating healthily when she tells you these things. If all she's doing is annoying you with these comments, I suggest to just ignore them because you're doing just fine. However, if she's forcing you to eat unhealthily, that's a problem. That's when you should probably step in and try to stop her.

Cream isn't unhealthy. The refined sugar that might be added to cream is another matter. Skipping meals isn't unhealthy either aka intermittent fasting.
