Video hardware is not detected when i downloaded Fallout 4?

It took about 5 hours to download Fallout 4 to my PC. When i tried to launch it, it said "video hardware is not detected" what can i do to fix this?

What do you have for a video card? If it starts with "Intel", then you don't have a dedicated video card and should get one and have it installed.
if it's something else, then you have a driver and/or hardware issue with that card.
