Is it okay to serve urine in a restaurant?

I am thinking about opening up a space-themed restaurant in a few years or so, where we will serve authentic food that astronauts eat such as freeze dried meals and astronaut ice cream. One thing I would like to serve would be real human urine as the astronauts do drink that in space. I brought it up to my friends and they said it wouldn't be allowed due to health issues. I mean...what's the difference between drinking urine or accidentally eating undercooked chicken. If someone could help me with this that would be great.

If you wanna get sued for health reasons then yeah sure go ahead. But honestly you would get shutdown immedietly because I can guarentee the customers will not enjoy it once they find out what your serving them.

Maybe you have to become an astronaut first to find out that astronauts DON'T DRINK URINE they conserve water by collecting water vapor from sweat, breathing and urine which goes through distilling and filtering before it becomes water. You might as well serve customers normal water.

No, I don't think the customers would enjoy your restarurant very much. Urine is unhealthy, anyways. It probably wouldn't taste good, also. Yuck! I mean, it's a perfectly good idea to have an astronaut/space themed restaraunt, and customers would probably really enjoy their surroundings, but it's a good idea not to serve pee, because the customers probably will not enjoy that. Just a tip, you know?

In planning any sort of restaurant whether theme related or otherwise the primary thought must be on customer appeal and product. Your thoughts would certainly keep people away. Not only is it reprehensible the board of health would have shut down before opening day.
