文法有4錯:
1. "I am sorry."應該以句點結束ㄡ
2. "The conference room..." 要大寫.
3. "But I ..."要大寫
4. reserve 要改成: But I have reserved the conf....
語意有1錯:
5. "I am sorry."你又沒做錯事.不必道歉.
2個其他建議:
6. change "the conf room is unavailable" to "no conference room is available".
7. But 是可以用但是instead應該比較優.
