If Donald Trump becomes president and wants to implement tax cuts.. who will they be paid by for?

Since Reagan, Republicans have offered tax cuts just all by themselves. They insisted the cuts would stimulate the economy enough to pay for themselves, and when that didn't work they STILL pushed for tax cuts, saying with less money to spend the govt. would be forced to cut spending. That didn't work either.
Also EVERY Republican economic plan, like the famous Paul Ryan Budget of 2012, and tax cuts and spending INCREASES, and ended with ". . . to be make up by spending cuts to be decided later". And this year several of the Republican candidates have tax plans that would cut revenue by trillions over 10 years but have either just inadequate token spending cuts or none at all.
Trump has the biggest following among Republicans and his fans aren't really focused on the budget. He's gotten away with enormous lies because his fans WANT to believe him more than they want the truth. Naturally his financial plan would be the farthest from reality.
Tax cuts don't have to be paid for. The economic stimulus they produce results in increased revenues. The Bush tax cuts increased revenues by 35% in 2 years. If Obama and the democrats had cut taxes instead of massively increasing spending the economy would be much better than it is now.
You don't have to "pay for" tax cuts. That means the government is confiscating less of what is not theirs.
Trump is going to solve everything, haven't you heard? And he has people who actually believe him. Big ambitions for a landlord huh? Trump will rule the world.
Trump will never be president.
Keeping my own money costs you how?
oh look.... another one who thinks me being allowed to keep my money is the same thing as me stealing it from her....
The whole "pay for tax cuts" is a Proglodyte lie. When rational people don't have enough money to buy things they want, they don't buy.
