Ask Present Perfect Tense Problem?

For Wing's DSE:-
contact is state of touching or communication and the process of coming together esp. in "come into contact":-eg:-
Our Wing is in contact with the dead man.
The dying man is now out of contact with each other.
----come into contact with Tom esp. after searching,eg:-
I finally made contact with Tom on March 5,2010 (=5 yrs 8 months ago.).

Present perfect denotes present results of past actions."ever,never for, since, just, already" are used.Only" already" used and applied.eg:-
I have contacted Tom.
I have already contacted Tom.----indicates completion---present perfect.
Wing never succeeded in making "contact" with Tom on March 5,2010(6yrs ago) whether He died or Not !You cannot describe you've already contacted Tom this way.

「現在完成式」：1⃣️ 既涉及過去，又聯繫現在。2⃣️ 表示過去已經開始，一直延續到現在的動作或狀態。3⃣️ 表示該動作剛剛完成了。

He has been at this school since eight years ago.

Tom 係2010年3月5日去世，我係佢去世之前聯絡過去。想問問大家宜家用"I have contacted Tom." 黎形容我曾經聯絡過Tom。

"I have contacted Tom." ( X )

☆ I *had ever contacted Tom before he died on March 5, 2010.

註: 用“過去完成式”, 表示2⃣️個過去動作發生的先後。
“ 是死前曾經聯絡過Tom的”。

無論他死了還是未死都是
I contacted Tom....
不是I have contacted Tom.

至於何時或表達他已死a是在句子中再附加表達而不是tense的作用，動詞的發生時間/情況決定所用時態形式。

I contacted Tom before he died on 5 March 2010.
