What Does It Take?

Hello Friends,

I am at point of my life where I want to follow my passions. I would like to start a company providing support services organizing Road Shows, Product Launches, Conferences, Conventions and Workshops around the world.

What would I need to start a company like this? I was searching on the internet and found this website very similar to what I have on my mind. I can either start locally and then grow internationally.

You need focus - you're way too scattered.Organizing road shows, vs product launches, vs various type of meetings are very different fields. You'd need several years of experience working in whichever of these area you choose for your business, at a high enough level to have had a significant role in the organizing so you know what's needed. And you nee a solid written business plan. And yes, start domestically before you even think about expanding internationally.
