Do you need a passport to move and live in another country being European does that mean i can live anywhere here without problems legally?

A passport or national ID for the countries that use them, enables any EU citizen to live /work/study in any other EU country........ "without problems legally?" will depend on the individual, they still have to abide by the host countries laws and if they don't they can be removed from the host country

That is not what a passport is for. It gives you zero rights to enter another country let alone live and work there. Unless you are a member of the EU, you can't move anywhere either. You have to be a citizen of an EU country if you want to live and work in a EU country.

You can move to certain countries as a European ...but not all
