If you're in a Bank, there are bills for gas and electricity for you to pay.What else? (used to indicate that there are other items, things for you to pay.)=Then you have to pay the HK govt.Rate and Rent !!!
If you are interviewed for a Chinese Secretary job,then what else do you know, apart from Chinese? Do you know English secretary jobs? Do you know Computers' word-processors etc.?
