I have seen one before it was all black 11pm in the house once when I was like 7 and I'm 13 now I would like to communicate and I know the consequences also I would at least like to have friends but also talk to my family please help if you can tips will help but don't tell me not to cause I have nothing left to loose LITERALLY

Not possibly, they can posses or move object but are not possible to be physically seen

Sorry bud, there's no way you can make yourself see ghosts and spirits.
I'm not telling you that they don't exist, I'm just telling you that there really is no way to make that sort of thing happen. Nobody, even people who wholeheartedly believe in them, knows for sure what ghosts actually are. Therefore, knowing how to make them show up and / or communicate with us is totally out of the question.
