當然不行.才抓2人,就不能用10人的完成式.
I have arrested 2 persons. (O)
I have been busy arresting people. (O)
I have been busy arresting 10 persons. (O)
I have arrested 2 persons. (O)
I have been busy arresting people. (O)

Present perfect continuous=may continue in the future expressing impatience.eg:-
I have been arresting two out of ten persons.(s--v--o--)
I have been arresting accomplice-wrongdoers for 2 out of 10.(s--v--o--)
