I ordered 2 games yesterday online. And it said they should be in the store ready to be picked up by today around 10 am. I checked today around 3 pm and it still said processing.

Dude, there was a HOLIDAY on Thursday, everything is behind as they play catch up. Try checking tomorrow.

You're doing this over the busiest shopping weekend of the year. That's probably the problem.
