blow這個字的意思是指東西「被」風吹動
所以看起來雖然像是主動的形式，但郤是被動的意義。
所以blowing這個現在分詞在當hair的修飾語是，是頭髮「被」風吹動。
Dust blew in through the cracks.=灰塵從裂綘吹進來。
Her long hair was blowing in the wind. =她的長髮隨風飄揚。
The door has blown open.=門被風吹開了。

blown當形容詞用時，意思是：鼓脹的，喘不過氣來的，吹製的......意思不符本句使用。

有規則，必有例外。不是所有的～ing分詞都是「主動的」意思。

Helen stands over there-----main clause.
Otherwise "blown" can be only used in----Her blown-hair ---adj phrase
is atanding over her head------predicate ,present continuous tense.
