building gaming computer got reccomended this and imma gonna get the graphics card from newegg as sale on 3 percent off an msi one thats green and turns out like 40 quid cheaper so yea is it any good thanks :D

Don't get a single stick of RAM. You can get a cheaper MB, and put the money into more RAM.
Get a better GPU than the 970.
Get a different CPU cooler, that one isn't worth the money. Look for one on sale, or just pick a Hyper 212 for a bit back.
