I very rarely eat fast food, but when I do, I seek am In and Out Burger establishment. OMG! They make the BEST hamburgers.

If you mean order served over the counter food, I'm going with Chipotle Grill. For McDonald's, I think the only thing I've ate there in my life was chicken nuggets. For Wendy's, it's the small chili and nuggets. For Taco Bell, simply crunchy tacos. For ethnic, Chinese wins for fast food with the buffet and also delivery.
