hasn't been feeling=began in the past, has extended to the present and May continue in the future.

has'nt felt=does not indicate the possiblility of continuation in the future.And may stop and die for Ms. Wu.!

用 Present Perfect Continuous Tense「現正完成進行式」: 表示某動作由過去直到現在一直在進行著。

「等於説胡小姐由一個星期前, 到說這話時仍然感到身體不適。」

例: I've been studying in St. Paul School for three years.
我在聖保祿學校就讀已經三年了。(目前依然是)
