Can Labia Majora (Outer Vagina Lips) NATURALLY change from an innie to an outie??

my gf's labia majora (outer vagina lips) was an "innie" 3 years ago but now it's an "outie" after years of oral sex (not vaginal). i don't mind at all (i prefer outies) but i'm wondering what could have caused her lips to go from innie to outie, i thought persons were born with either one or the other not that it could change from one to the other? is she maybe cheating?

There's no such thing as an 'innie' or an 'outie' when it comes to vulva.
Labia change throughout puberty - generally become larger, more wrinkled, and darker in color. Sexual activity doesn't change the vulva at all, and certainly changes in genitals (STD's are an exception) are not an indication of cheating.

It's normal for them to change, especially after childbirth. They can change length, thickness and color.
