Help for raggedy looking cheesecake. Once out of a springform pan it looks like hell. How can I fix it? Thinking about starting over!?

I've made many things that look ragged. Today it is apple turnovers for the first time. They taste great, they'll look better with practice. Once I made fudge and you had to eat it with a spoon, again tasted great and that is all that counts.

This is why we have toppings for cheesecakes. Use one that pours easily, so it will cover all the parts you want it to.

Too bad you didn't include a picture.....would have been helpful to pinpoint the problem areas. Don't throw it away, but lets get creative. You can try:

1. Blending it all together and put it in large wine glasses with cherry pie filling in between. Top with additional whipped cream for serving.
2. Mush it all together so that it holds its basic shape, cover with whipping cream.
3. Add to your favorite cake mix that's been bake and cooled. Form cheesecake pops and dip in chocolate before serving.
