Female cate having a hard time peeing?

Vet - and now. If she's hopping in and out of the box and not peeing, she may be blocked. That is a veterinary emergency, because if her bladder fills it will burst, and she will die a very painful death. Other than a vet visit there is nothing you can do at home.

She has a bladder or urinaty tract infection and needs to see a vet. If you don't take care of this it will become increasingly painful and could eventually make her very sick or worse.

She needs a vet. Sounds like she's developed a blockage if she's not able to pee or only a few drops come out and shes straining to go. This is an emergency situation that needs taken care of now. If she can't pee her bladder will burst. If she's peeing often and only small amounts at a time she may have a UTI or crystals that are going to turn into a blockage. We can't help you, only a vet can.

She has an Infection. Medication will clear it right up.
