Good place for this tattoo?

Im a 16 year old girl, going on 17, which is when i'll be getting this tattoo. I want a mandala design, fairly large. Not huge but not tiny and simple. But since im young i want to be smart where i put it because i know my body will change alot over the years. I dont want any possible shrinking or stretching to be visible. I know belly, legs, arms are not the best choices. I was thinking maybe the lower back of my neck/upper back area in the middle of my back? Suggestions and advice would be great.

forehead...one's forehead does not sag nor shrink.

This has to be the most overdone tattoo of the last few years. And don't you need to be 18 legally?

Getting a tattoo as soon as you're allowed (17?) is just longer to have to regret getting a tattoo.

Fairly large Mandala designs need a clean flat space on the body or they won't look right. The chest is the best for this. Just make sure the design covers from the bottom of neck to top of breasts so it fills the space correctly. It should then look awesome!

I'm glad you're one of the rare 16 year olds who are going on 17. Some go straight to 18 and some never leave 16. It's weird.

Probably not the neck or lower back. I would go with either inbetween your shoulder blades or mabe your side.

Neck probably isnt them best, it sags as you get older but your back would probably be the best choice
