I take offense to you using the term 'crazy' if one is on anti-depressants. More people than you think are on anti-depressants and I can almost guarantee you none of them are 'crazy' or suicidal. Why would someone on anti-depressants be suicidal unless they're prescribed the wrong medication? Isn't the medication supposed to keep them from being suicidal?
If I were the military I wouldn't let you in just because of your attitude towards mental illness. And by the way, if you enter, get deployed, and go into combat, you'll most likely come back mentally ill and suffering from PTSD. Can you handle that?
They'll likely accept you if you are undergoing treatm would not want you to stop.
Ask a recruiter.
