You are not "moving" to the US. Student visas are temporary non-immigration class of visas issued on the condition that foreign students return to their country of citizenship immediately upon completion or termination of full-time studies. You do your course & go home immediately. Intent to remain beyond the time-purpose of any temporary visa is visa fraud, grounds for visa denial or revocation with deportation (mandatory departure) and permanent bar to entry.

IF you meet requirements and get accepted by a university abroad, you must prove you have sufficient funds for all school + living expenses, plus return transportation to your country of citizenship, to apply for a student visa. The average cost of 4-year bachelor's degree in the US for Americans is USD250,000. Foreign students always have expenses citizens do not incur. Perhaps your father does not have enough money to allow you to study in the US for 4 years to get your bachelor's degree. That's a great deal of money to spend when you can ONLY work in your country of citizenship.

You need to apply, be accepted, prove you can pay, then apply for a student visa. You would be here on a student visa and would be required by law to leave the US once your studies are finished.
For Graduate school you will need to take the GRE exam.

Sure, as long as you can get accepted at a university, prove that you and your family can pay the International student tuition and living expenses, then apply for a student visa. Student visas are non-immigrant, and you return to India when your studies are finished. You do not "move" to the U.S., you are a guest.

Engineering is a difficult path of study, and international students should be prepared to put in long hours studying and working on projects. Although it is more challenging than many other degree programs, studying engineering in the US can open up the door to many lucrative and rewarding career opportunities. If you enjoy problem solving, math, science, and more, studying engineering may be right up your alley.
