what is this false message I am getting while posting yahoo answers.?

It means you've reached your daily answering limit. Seeing as you're Level 1, you can only ask 5 questions a day and answer 20. At Level 2, you can as 10 a day and answer 80. At Level 3, you can ask 15 a day and answer 120. Levels 4-7 can ask 20 a day and answer 160.
