I'm 44 and my sex drive is pretty high. I've been seeing this younger guy, & he doesn't want it as much as i do. What can i do to change it?

If you're not in sync then maybe it's best to just move on. You can talk to him about it but I wouldn't expect him to change much. Sometimes people are just not compatible in the bedroom and rather than try and change him, I would look for someone else who will make you happy.
