(2)deal with= handle; act towards= do business with in the new job.

1.在西方人的觀念裡,interview是相對的.老闆在看員工.員工也在看老闆.而不是單向的"面試".
所以老闆問員工問題,員工也問老闆問題.公司方,除了行程與住宿的安排以外,對其他事物都沒有主控權的.
所以在這裡,不應該用"attend"(太消極了).
2. 我會盡己所能勝任新職
這句話也是太消極.根本不該說."新職"都要讓你"盡己所能"才能"勝任"?
