what teams are not going to make the playoffs?

Obviously, 20 of The 32 NFL Teams will not make the playoffs and anyone who follows The NFL has an idea as to some of the teams that won't make it. Needless to say with the ups and downs of this season, some of the teams that you thought in August would be going into the playoffs in January now won't be going to the playoffs and some of the teams you didn't think would make it will. That's the beauty of playing the entire NFL Season.

Right now, all teams are still mathematically in the hunt. If I were a betting man, I can tell you right now that the Browns, Lions, 49ers and Chargers aren't going unless they have tickets.

I think that realistically speaking, the following teams are completely out of the playoff race

AFC: Baltimore, San Diego, Tennessee, Cleveland
NFC: New Orleans, San Francisco, Detroit, Dallas

Teams that should have no chance for the playoffs if they lose within the next two weeks
AFC: Jacksonville, Tennessee
NFC: Seattle, Chicago

Still early to tell, since no team has been mathematically eliminated.
