My parents got mad at me for no reason and they both wanted to hit me?

My brother took me to the mall but he spent all of the money on him i was suppose to spend on my clothes i was sad because it showed how he didn't care. When i got home my mom started yelling at me that why was i mad and were about to hit me i kept crying and having a panic attack

your parents shouldnt be hitting you, if they are call cps and you might get to go live somewhere else
