please help i am a football player high school i got a concussion in one of my games. and now i'm depressed and i want to kill myself help.?

I've been trying to talk myself out of it but when ever i see a knife i just want to stab myself in my stomach and end it

Just don't kill yourself, stay away from razors, weapons of any kind, or tall areas, and you will be alright.

Tell someone who can help you (ie, parents, grandparents, family member, school counselor, coach, etc). You may need counseling, medication or both.

don't kill urself. there are people who care about u including ur football teams, ur family and ur friends.
