Legally? Maybe. Most school districts receive money bases on the number of students attending. Your district will not be very happy to have ugo somewhere else. However, if the other district has a program that yours doesn't u might have a better chance.

You have no automatic legal right to go to a school outside of your attendance area unless the other school agrees to allow you to go there
