can you legally go to a high school out of your district?

Legally? Maybe. Most school districts receive money bases on the number of students attending. Your district will not be very happy to have ugo somewhere else. However, if the other district has a program that yours doesn't u might have a better chance.
You have no automatic legal right to go to a school outside of your attendance area unless the other school agrees to allow you to go there
