Second Devil who helped start fire at newman enterprises?

I don't think Joe had anything to do with the fire at all. He has no reason to want to hurt Victor or any of the people of Genoa City that way. Ian would knock out Cane or anyone else that happened to come along and get in the way of his plan.

Ian Ward has a hacker so I think he is the 2nd devil.

It could have been Joe, because he is after Lily. He was hoping that Cane would die in the fire, so he could go after Lily.

Im sure it was Joe who knocked Cane out. Joe was dressed like a devil too.

Well, I think Patti and Ian are in on this together when the truth comes out. Both have been locked up in a mental ward, both kept getting out. Likely, it's suppose to be a max security facility, but some have both men and women as wards. But, they work on their own separate agenda's in trying to get what they want too. So, it's likely they will come across at times as working against each other. I think their are a few other's in on it, on either side, they use and abuse. Would likely send out a wild goose chase of trying to catch those that know what they do before giving up their own spot.
