PSU works with old motherboard but not with new? (Red light indicating power switch error on new motherboard)?

1000w PSU Cooler Master 80 Gold.works with ASUS Sabertooth X58 but not with ASUS X99-A. Everything is installed correctly. Ram, CPU, system panel connectors are fine.
