I feel like I'm about to pass out after a warm bath?

I just got out of a warm bath and now I feel dizzy, exhausted, I can't breathe very well,I can't move, I can feel my pulse on my entire body, and I can't stop shaking. My head is also very hot and uncomfortable. I wasn't in the bath for very long, I just wanted to warm up a bit since its been so cold outside. Does anyone know why this would occur, what it is, or how to stop it?
Also could this be a result of anxiety or overworking myself? I've been at school for about 13 hours every day this week with all the extracurriculars and AP classes that I'm doing and I have a severe anxiety disorder. I don't know if that would cause somethings like this.
I'm a 15 year old female and I don't know of any other health issues that may cause this. Any answers are appreciated!

Were you cold when you first got into the bathtub? You could have warmed yourself too quickly, causing your blood vessels to open too fast, causing your symptoms.
Drink some cool water, put a cold and wet washcloth on your forehead, and lay down for a little while.

I would assume you're quite stressed and anxious. Also, standing up after a hot/warm bath too quickly can cause you to be light headed due to the change of temperature. Just take it easy, watch some netflix, eat some icecream and crawl into bed and you should be alright.

I understand how you feel with the anxiety, just remember it gets better if you put your mind to it. :)

I would think that water was not just warm but quite hot. If it was quite hot then what you are facing is quite normal and there is no need to panic. Just relax and rest a bit and it will go away. However, if the water was just warm and this thing repeats, better go and see a doctor.
