Is this fair?

My parents promised me we would go to Korea this summer to visit our family there. But my mom, is breaking that promise and saying I have to either do ballet or martial arts in order to go because I have "bad posture" and need to do sports. So, I said I would do golf or tennis and she said that doesn't count. WTF I'm so pissed off because she never allows me to do stuff I would like to do and forces me into doing things SHE wants me to do.

OMG wow that's so tragic.
I guess you'll have to do ballet and golf then.
Or martial arts and tennis. Or ballet and tennis. Or martial arts and golf.
Totally unfair.

Im going to say this bluntly. You are spoiled. You are ungrateful and unappreciative that you are getting such a nice and elaborate trip. I would kill for a paid vacation like that. Right now I know you don't want to hear that, but you need to re-evaluate yourself. Look at your life. Look at how much you have. Look at all you have to be grateful for. If you think this vacation is somehow deserved, your not going to enjoy it as much as a person who sees it as a gift or a blessing. In fact you'll gripe about how you had to do ballet the entire vacation and wont even enjoy yourself. Count your blessings. Be grateful for what you have. You are VERY lucky, I hope you will be able to see it so you don't waste all these gifts you were given.

Look just be grateful your parents let you do extra curricular activities, pay for it and take you there and take you to Korea!

Anything from that list sounds good though.
As for your Mom, just ware her down to doing what you want, it will show through that you want to make her happy despite your persistence. Now you go Glen Coco.
