Whenever I answer any question it says false beneath it in red writing and wont let me answer. I have logged in and out?

You will see the Red False message when you try to go over your daily limit and you will not be able to post another answer.
You just joined 2 days ago and today have answered your daily limit of 20 answers.
The new day starts at Midnight Pacific time which is where Yahoo is.

When you reach your daily limit it will not allow you to submit your question or answer and will show a red False on the bottom left of the answer box.

========= If you go over the character limit on a Question or the details the box will be outlined in Red and have a minus # which is how much over the limit you are.
You will need to shorten it by that number for it to submit. You have 140 characters for the Question title where it says What's up?.
Then click Details. Details character limit is 2500 Desktop. ... 1500 on Mobile.

Level 1 ( 0- 250 Points) ... can Ask 5 Questions and Answer 20 a day.
At level 2 (250 points) the limits are Answering 80 Questions and Ask 10.
Level 3 (1000-2499 points) you can Ask 15 Questions and answer 120 daily

From level 4 - 7 you can Ask 20 Questions and Answer 160 a day.

You are level 1 and limited to answering 20 questions each day. Perhaps you have reached your daily limit.

That is an indication you have reached your maximum of 20 answers for the day and can answer no more until tomorrow.
