Why am I not pregnant yet??

Sometimes it takes time to conceive. Have you been to you doctor yet to check about fertility? Sometimes if you have a condition like PCOS, endometriosis or other conditions, it may make it harder to conceive. Once things like that has been ruled out, you may want to try to keep a detailed calendar/journal of when you have had your period, and the length. Eating well, exercising, maintaining healthy weights, getting enough sleep, not smoking or taking drugs? That can help you. Avoid the basic issues like your hubby spending time in hot tubs or overheating. You can check in with your care provider at a year or so and talk with them about fertility issues.
