How am I related to someone who has the same great aunt as me.?

Annes great aunt is also Zaks great aunt because their great aunts brother is Zaks grandpa, and Anne s grandma is sister in laws with their great aunt.

更新1:

I think this may change some things in people's answers: Anne's grandma is sisters-in-law because her grandmas brother, Dave, is married to their great aunt. And that is why I'm not sure if Zac and Anne would have the same great grandparents, so how would they be related?

If I'm reading this right, there are three siblings: Zach's grandpa, "great aunt", and Anne's grandpa (who is/was married to Anne's grandma, maker her sister-in-law to great aunt). If that's the case, then:

Zach's parent and Anne's parent are 1st cousins (because they're the children of siblings)
Zach and Anne are 2nd cousins (because they're the children of 1st cousins).

2nd cousins share the same great-grandparents, which Zach and Anne do (the parents of their grandfathers).
