I know all pets that have breeds have a single breed ancestor which all breeds are developed.

Was a lil hard to guess what you were asking but if I am understanding right the answer you are looking for would prob be the Red and Grey Junglefowl.just as dogs are from domesticated wolves it is suggested that the red junglefowl and grey junglefowl were the first birds to become the domesticated chicken

The one in India/Asia, it's called a Junglefowl. They look remarkably like our regular chickens. (Though the pictures ALWAYS show only roosters).
