Woman who bled during first trimester and mistaked for period??? Stories please ? Pregnant on the pill?

Im 7 months pregnant and wasnt consistent with my birth control.. I truly believe i may have gotten pregnant in the process of that based on my due date, but i had a light period after and didnt know i was pregnant.. I read online its common to bleed in first trimester due to implantation does anyone have any similar stories? Id love to hear them! Thank you
