Is cancer killing her?

5 years ago my Mumbai both ovarian and chest cancer but she got better with no chemo. At the start of this month she found out that her ovarian cancer is back and so is going to have chemo this time. I think she's caught it early and she's in her 50s. She won't tell me her chances of getting better so I don't know if this treatment is going to fully cute her or just prolong her life? Any ideas

That story would be a lie. Ovarian cancer is quite deadly and she didn't have 2 separate cancers. You need to specify your "chest" cancer...

It is impossible to recover from cancer without treatment, if she now has the cancer she would need to have a hysterectomy to remove her ovaries and then chemo to have any chance of survival
