On my resume I have a summar, work experience and educations. On my experience I have written what I did and what I did to help improve the company.

Do I have to write a qualification part too?

You don't have to put what you did to improve the company. Employers don't want to have to read that much on a resume. Keep it simple.
Just list the company you worked for, the location, dates you worked and the tasks you regularly performed.
You should list your skills. Qualifications should go under your education history.
You should write a cover letter to include with your resume.
If they asked what you did to improve the company in an interview then you can give your answer to that.
