How do I know if I have amazon prime free trial and not the Full Amazon Paid Membership?

I was doing some shopping on amazon and on my order it said I can get free two day shipping with amazon prime, so I signed up for it but i'm not sure if I signed up for the free trial or the membership. I didn't get charged anything and didn't receive an email while signing up for it. But I keep seeing this message.

How do I know if I signed up for the free trial? I'm new at this so I don't really know alot. Thanks for the help

When you sign up for a free trial of almost anything, including Amazon Prime, you sign up for the actual product, then have to cancel if you don't want it.

You will be charged at the end of 30 days unless you remember to cancel the account
