Careers that are suitable for me?

So i am really confused as to what i should be and what courses i should study in uni. And i want like some advices. So...I love working with kids and am hard working.I am also very sensitive to other people's emotion and feelings. However i can be quite shy and awkward at first, and i'm not talkative when meeting new people. I seriously considered occupational therapist but i just cant see myself doing it. But i feel like i'm interested in the health, psychology area. I am also terrible with wounds and bloody stuff. I feel like i dont want careers that have to socialise with new people constantly, but still have interaction with people. I know it's difficult but please give me some advices.
