Feeling ill after my holiday to Egypt.?

Yesteday early hours in the morning i returned from Egypt, a 5 and a half hour flight, the next day i felt so sick, my body temperture is high but im feeling cold, my belly is unsettled causing me needing the toilet loads, being sick and weeing alot more frequent, my head hurts like mad (headaches) my ears and my eyes, does anyone know why im feeling like this? I cant sleep either or even eat because it makes me feel sock, i have no appetite For anything.
