Of course not. 911 is the number for the police in NYC..........well before 9-11---The attack.

No. 911 was in place before the attack. I always thought it was on 9/11 because of the 911 reference and what it means.

Nope, it was all planned. The force of nature let it happen with corruption, the tower was sold, and the replacement including the actions before the remodel made them profit.
