Refresh the page or if on a mobile, switch to Desktop mode.

There is a glitch with the Submit button. Refresh the page and try again.

It happens when you have answered a few questions - it's likely to be a yahoo answers glitch so it's best to refresh the page and type it all the information contained all over again
