The court letter is late?

I was a victim of robbery. The robbers were cought 3 weeks ago. Today I just received a letter from court. I was requested to appeal to the court on Oct 22, but the letter was stamped on Oct 24. Today is Oct 26 already. Why? What should I do?

Contact the court, and stop trolling.

likely the Oct 22 date is wrong - perhaps Nov 22
